Please supply two nominators. Must be current ISHAS Members with two or more years standing. Include name, affiliation, and contact email addresses. Please upload a signed form for each nominator.

Re. Trainee Members

*Trainee Members shall be in the early stages of their career (e.g. graduate students and postdoctoral researchers) with an interest in hyaluronan science. They are elected initially for a 3-year term by application to the Society, with the possibility of applying for re-election for up to two further 3-year terms. Trainee Members may become eligible for Membership at the time their trainee status no longer applies.
